I am loving the shape of this top! It reminds me of the J.Crew polka dot top I posted recently, but I love the addition of the smocked waist. It feels vintage – like way, way back – so to steer clear of “costume” territory, I kept the rest of the outfit modern (high-waist, ripped jeans, anyone?). The top is slightly sheer, so I added a nude, lace bralette over my usual strapless bra which was the perfect solution. I also rounded up more options below! Is this a shape you would try?
